Registration Fees 2025
Our Season Fees - $400.00 per player
Of this $400, there is an amount that goes directly to Netball Queensland (NQ) and also Downey Park Netball Association (DPNA).
NQ Fees = $123.00
DPNA Fees = $80.00
Family Discounts
2nd Player in a Family - $375.00
3rd and Subsequent Player in a Family - $350.00
The following breakdown provides an overview of how your payment will be utilised.
Volunteer Levy
A Volunteer Levy of $40.00 per player will be introduced in 2025. The Volunteer Levy will be capped at $80.00/family. This means that the third and subsequent playing members from a family will not have to pay a Volunteer Levy. Early Bird Offer
There will be an Early Bird Registration Offer for those who register within the first month (Wednesday December 11th, 2024, to Friday January 10th, 2025). Registered players during that time period will receive a pair of Playing Tights, the choice of a training singlet/polo shirt and the choice of a Vipers Supporter Cap/Bucket Hat/Soft Visor free of charge - WHILE STOCK LASTS (Please see terms and conditions).
Referral Discounts
Referral reimbursements - $20 for 'NEW' players referred to the club by existing members (please see terms and conditions).
FairPlay Vouchers
The Queensland Government Fair Play program provides assistance for children and young people who can least afford, or may otherwise benefit from, joining a sport or active recreation club. Eligible children and young people are presented with a voucher that provides up to $200.00 to help with the costs for membership and participation fees.
Fair Play Vouchers (if eligible) can be applied at time of registration and payment on our website to receive the discount. You are not required to add the Fair Play voucher again to Netball Connect during the second step of the registration process. If you don't have your FairPlay voucher yet, you can add your voucher after registration and full payment to receive a credit. Please follow the prompts via the link above. Playing Ages
Members are able to register in the following registration groups:
Non-Competitive
7*-9yr olds - This includes players born 2016, 2017 and *January 1st, 2018, to June 30th, 2018)
10s - born 2015
Competitive
11s - born 2014
12s - born 2013
13s - born 2012
Cadets (14–15-year-olds) - Born 2010, 2011
Intermediate (16–19-year-olds) - Born 2007 - 2009
Opens (19+) - Born 2005 or earlier
Game Location
Games are played each Saturday at DPNA grounds at Northey St & Green Terrace, Windsor QLD 4030. Game times range from 8am starts to 16:30pm starts. There are no games played during school holidays. The first round commences on Saturday April 26, 2025.
Training
Our training venue will be at Aspley State School on Maundrell Tce, Aspley. Training will take place on Monday and Thursday evenings. Once teams are formed and coaches/managers are appointed, training times will be announced.
Uniforms
Each player must be correctly attired in a Vipers Netball Club uniform which includes a Vipers dress, black bummers and socks for girls and a Vipers singlet, black short and socks for boys. Bummers must be plain black or Vipers-branded. Socks must be plain white (ankle or crew) or Vipers branded. Players who would prefer to wear long tights in lieu of bummers for religious or cultural reasons are very welcome to do so. Please purchase Vipers Netball Club leggings in the online uniform shop and send a quick email to president@vipersnetball.com.au. This will allow us to inform Downey Park Netball Association (DPNA) of the individual exemptions prior to the season commencing. Exemptions must be approved by DPNA before players will be allowed to take the court.
Netball Connect Registration
Once you have completed your Viper's registration you will be redirected to the NetballConnect webpage to complete your Netball Queensland registration. This must be completed for player insurance. Please use the Vipers Discount Code during this process to ensure no further fees are incurred. Registration on our website and also on Netball Connect are mandatory before you are eligible to train or play.
